Living Beyond Suicide Initiative
The mission of Living Beyond Suicide (LBS) is to create social change through personal lived experiences around suicide. We advance understanding of global, common, and meaningful experiences around suicide, guided by the collective wisdom of impacted and marginalized communities. Through education, community building, and advocacy, we shift the focus from fear-based suicide prevention to safer living based on compassion and connection. Our work is rooted in transformative justice, anti-racist practices, and a commitment to empowering individuals, fostering resilience, and promoting a more compassionate and informed society.
